Event Horizon – Exodus

A couple of years ago I composed and recorded this track called Exodus together with Rick v.d. Eerden under the monicker Event Horizon. Sound landscapes made with a combination of real synthesizers like the Moog Little Phatty, Waldorf Streichfett, Arturia MicroBrute, Roland D-50 and various plugins. After refreshing the mix and master I decided to release it through ASE Music:

Armandox – Nychthemeron Part 1 (The Awakening) official release

Nychthemeron is the scientific term for 24 hours in a day, or if you will, a full rotation of our planet earth. It is also the title and underlying story of my first concept-album which I have been and am working on for the past years.

I’ve decided to officially release the first track of this album as kind of a teaser and preview:

Grow Along – Free Your Mind

So we had this little jamsession going on… I programmed a beat and a bassline. Marc played some keys and then Ramona stood up to the mic and out of nothing blurted out these lyrics. In post-production I added some keys and finalized the whole thing just so you can all free your mind!

Armandox & PsychNerD – Flakes

Some time ago I came across a little idea that Stephan Gervais (PsychNerD) had while going through the ‘Flakes’ ROM of the Sonic Charge Pattern8 plugin. I had an instant click with this idea and asked him if I could do a ‘remix’ of this idea (prototype) he had? Stephan kindly provided me the stems, I started composing, producing, mixing, and thus this track happened…
