Back in 2002 I was sitting behind my computer listening to the album Zoolook from Jean-Michel Jarre once again, and in the 2nd movement of the song Ethnicolor I suddenly had the idea to do a house/dance track using a sample from that track.
That's what lays at the basic of this house tune I conjured up then. I started recording (my own) vocals and processing them together with coming up with some kind of theme/melody to carry the tune on the foundation of a steady four-to-the-floor house-beat. Here's the result...
This one I've composed and recorded back in 2002. Reflecting on where our desire to dance to music and rhythm's comes from... It all began in Africa, where tribes have used song and dance for centuries during their rituals to communicate with ancient spirits and so forth. Music is evoking, emotional and spiritual, and music is the universal/cosmic language which binds us all together like mathematics. Because after all life is very binary! Zero's and one's, or even better yet, positive and negative energy... Composed and produced by: Armand Segers For this track I've used a sample from Jean-Michel Jarre's track Ethnicolor from the album Zoolook
I updated Nychthemeron Part 3 (Morning) to the extend it can be mixed with the next track I have in mind. I guess by listening to the track (especially the end) you'll hear where I'm going with this ;-) Nychthemeron Part 4 (12 PM) is coming. Leaves me to wish you all a good morning

One of the first tracks I ever publicly released was this remix of Dragon's Legend by Italo-group Koto. At the time I was calling myself Eclipse and I released it with the Kosmik Free Music Foundation (KFMF), former KLF (Kosmik Loader Foundation) who were hailed as one of the first internet-labels ever to exist.
